Random quote: I will actually get up before breakfast. Slamr will see. I will be fishing earlier than he has ever seen. Which, I might add, is not all that early.

I was on bald eagle today and didn't see a single fish caught. Had 6 follows, with 6 no takers. Thought it was going to be a good bite, but not bald eagle, at least that i know of.

Same story for me on bald, few follows but uninterested. Weather seemed perfect just couldn't hook up. Way too many people out there but was expected. Was shocked to see the results. Kudos to that guy.

I wish they would have gotten more info out of the kid who one the jr. division, he looked like the fish would have been almost as big as he was. Could have been a good story.

Agreed. The last 3 years they would pry info out of everyone which I liked to hear. This year seemed like half the people didn't say what structure, what lure, or time of day. I was really curious about time of day because the morning had moon set and great weather. Hopefully details to come! Always frustrating when you struggle and somebody's first trip there there catch one in the tournament. #*^@ muskies.

The first fish was caught at about 8:20 and the second fish was caught at about 12:25. Both fish were caught about 30 minutes before the major wind storms.
