I've just found this part of the forum and the baits on here are just amazing, but I noticed there aren't that many flies. I figured I'd post a few of my ties to get some feedback and to generate some interest in fly fishing for skis. The topwater measures 13" and the streamer measures 9" and man do they look sick in the water. Thanks for looking!

Those look good , do you need to use a fly rod for them?

Thanks and I always have but if you texas rigged the streamer I'm sure it would cast well. The popper might be castable by itself but I'm not 100% on that. I might have to try that out now haha

Those look great and I'm glad you did post some flies on here. I've been wondering myself why they're are not more musky flies on here. I absolutely love the way they look and want to start getting into fishing/making them myself. I hoping to get more into it after this season. NIce work!

Thanks man and they do have a great action in the water that regular lures don't have. Last time me and a friend were out we outfished the conventional tackle guys around us 3-0. It isn't always like that but I do think they show the fish something they aren't use to!
