You can just use a three way swivel to work dual sluggo's. One lead about 3.5ft. And one shorter lead about 12 to 15 inches. I usually Texas rig my sluggo's. Easier to work through weeds.

 We use the three way swivel method when fishing perch, and 1 -2 inch worm jigs. Love it when we get dbl headers

The 8 or 9" sluggo, I use the hook that comes with it, although NOT real thrilled with the beefy ness of that hook.

I mostly throw the 6 inch sluggo, OR a better option is the Jerk Worm by Culprit. The jerk worm has a flat tail, which seems to give it some glide. The hook I use for the 6" is a large Plastic worm hook, or a Tru-turn. I also use the tru-turn in my swimmerhead jigs. The 5/0 Brute hook, or 6/0, are great options, and NOT toooooo beefy, BUT plenty strong. I have some extra 5/0 Brute hooks if you need.

I also like to add the right amount of weight to my sluggo's. If I want a slightly heavier drop, I cut small 1 to 2 inch thicker Coat hanger, and push into MR. Sluggo.

I like to Pour my own sluggo. You can get the colors you like. 

Do what Mr Worrall says with the hook set...He knows his Stuff!!!
