Ok, this one is musky related. What illinois lake, formerly stocked with hybrids, would in my opinion make an exellent lake for naturals and rival any musky fishery in illinois and easily host the PMTT?

It has not been stocked with naturals to my knowledge.
One big hint. Most of you don't like the name of the lake.[]

Good luck. It's on the state map.

I'm not sure on this one, but I think it is Heidecke Lake.

I will guess Heidecke...although they have stocked "au naturals" in there as well, so i guess i am already wrong.[:p]

Hey Todd- What's the prize? How about that hot Phantom? Send it![] Is this a one shot contest? If not how about Clinton? Being one of largest lakes it also has the area & depth. Just don't know the effect of the Nuclear Power Station on the water temp's.

Clinton Lake (was a failure for Tigers) or maybe Wolf? Also any chance your buddy still has those 6500TCM's anymore.....I should have bought one while I had the chance!

What about Channel Lake or Coffeen Lake?

The correct answer is clinton. With the exception of shabbona and possibly wolf I know of no other sucessful hybrid lakes. Only one arm of clinton is heated so it won't get too hot and it's of a good size, depth and forage.

Musky Maniac, Musky Fever and Slamr are all winners. Slamr my dad still has one of those reels if your interested. The prize is not that phanton but 3 spinners each from the pewaukee show. E-mail your adress to me [email protected]
