Location: Eau Claire, WI | 1. How does one "measure/compare" quality of the blank material. (example what is difference between IM-6,7,8 and is there a benchmark for this rating system? I.e. why is one IM-7 better than the other brand..?
2. What the heck does "modulous/modular" really mean when it comes to wraps of the strands? (kinda goes along with question #1)
3. How is rod eye/line guide placement determined..? Are more better?
Bonus Question
How/why are some blanks/rods so much lighter in weight than others, like Sage or new Fig-Rig rods compared to say another brand. (is this another quality issue or ?) |
