Location: Bloomington, IL | Can someone tell me how big the rod locker is on a 2000 Crestliner 1750 Fish Hawk (single console and I believe it only has a port side rock locker)...7', 7'6", or 8'?
Thanks!

| Not sure about a 2000 but a 2003 will take 8 footers. I don't think they changed much in the 3 years. |

| Is the end open? My 1850 has an opening at the end that allows me to stick 9 footers in no problem. They just curve to the side a little at the end |

Location: Bloomington, IL | I don't know. I am looking into a 2000, but it's 5 hours away and all shrinked wrap up, so i'm just trying to find out ahead of time. I can't seem to find any specs out on the net that specifically state the length. More recent years you can find that info, but not that far back.

Location: Northwest WI | I keep a 2001 1650 SC Fishhawk at my Hayward area cabin...and it easily holds 8' rods. |

Location: Madison Wi. Chain | I have a 1750 fish hawk. You can fit 8 footers in the rod locker and could put longer rods in, but you need to snake them through an area around the front deck, left had storage area. There is a small opening that the rod tips can be carefully put through. If you drilled, you could make the opening larger. BG |

| I just measured the rod locker on my 2000 1750 and it is 7' 3". With some modifications you could make the rod locker longer. Towards the bow you could do what has been mentioned above, or towards the stern you could drill and gain a lot of room also. The stern end of the rod locker you would have to drill through metal, but the other side of the metal is void of anything and is wasted space. |
