Any suggestions on solid planner boards for a novice? Thanks!

I have both TX44's and the smaller Walleye boards. I prefer the smaller ones they will pull a 10 inch Jake or Believer.

TX-44 if you can spring for them, otherwise I have 6 of the regular walleye size that work fine with most baits. No need for tattle flags on those either when musky fishing ha.

TX-44 with the LockJaw snap. Have had it handle the 16" Custom X without issue. Headlocks at 4-5MPH, no problem as well. Solid Product, I plan to add another one to the boat this year.
