I currently have a minn kota power drive with the quick detach mount. I am planning to upgrade to a terrova and was wondering if the mount will work with the new terrova

yes, but the new terova will need a washers betwean it and the removeable plate, thats all, the terovas sit lower so test fit before you hit the lake

I switched from PD to Terrova last year and did not need to change quick release bracket. I don't remember adding washers but if I did, the hardware came with the Terrova.

Must make sure that when you deploy it that it clears the bow depending on the style of boat you have

I was hoping not to have to move the mount on the boat. I guess ill just have to work through it when I get the new unit.
