Happy Hooker talked me into it last night as I tried to muffle my voice so my wife wouldn't hear. Anyway, I'm looking for a partner that is a competent muskie fisherman (not woman, my wife would REALLY flip if I spent the week with a woman other then her:). We'll take my boat (I'm sponsored by procraft) and I may be able to get some other's to get on board as well.

I'm looking to split expenses 50/50 and would need the partner to front their half of $500 soon. Experience on Vermillion is not needed, but I'm not going to be sad if you do fish there. Email me with a little bio if your interested.

A little about me. I've been muskie fishing off and on for years, but getting very serious about it a few years ago. I typically get out 3-5 times/week, mostly on my home lake of Minnetonka. I've started guideing and this year will be my first in the PMTT. I'm a salesman and I've been told I talk alot. But going with that I have a lot of confidence in myself and my fishing abilities.

This is so tempting, man I would not even think about it twice if this was say 300 miles away vs 1000. I did talk about the tourney to the better half last night hoping to get a good responce from her but all she could do is laugh and say next time I watch Nascar on Fox there going to say and in January 2005 we will have the muskie classic.  Lmao

I guess thats the problem with been self employed, the expenses for any kind of trip or vacation is doubled as I am not going to be working that week. Then again I would plan on been there Sunday and taking home a trophy and cash.

Sean has far has expenses you, your partner and me and Rob might has well get a cabin together to cut down lodging costs, most cabins hold four anyways,,,,the thing that really sold me on taking the plunge on this is regardless of where you finish at least your spending 3-5 days on one of the hotest muskie lakes in the country not some lake where your hoping for a couple 34 inchers like some of the tournament waters and besides cashing a check dont forget the "fun" aspect,,you just might get the biggest fish of your life. Ive fished with Sean[treats] many times and somebody better hop on this fast hes a great guy to share a boat with unless you have a bad back he dosent slow down in 4 footers
