| What a winter, more snow than up north, ice all over. The lake has came up 15 feet since Saturday, it's a mess. Some folks are going without electric for several more days. The lodge's pipes froze and busted again, and had no electric or phone since Saturady but it's back up today. No snow but lots of ice. Trees down everywhere....Good news is the Army Corp should be able to get it back down in time for the Muskiefirst Outing barring heavy rains...This is the earliest flood I've seen..New downed trees in the lake should make some great muskie hiding places.
THESE FISH SHOULD BE READY TO EAT>>>>>>

Location: On the X that marks the mucky spot | I sure hope they're ready because I've got a BAD case of cabin fever. I've been mulling over what to put in the tackle box for the trip. In your oppinion, what should I bring. I was thinking of bringing as much bass tackle as muskie. Teach Treat Daddy about those southern ski's. |
