Location: Detroit River | I used 1/4" on my double showgirls. Most probably use bigger but I like the tighter fit of the 1/4". On tails with #7 split rings use 5/16". I buy the rolls of shrink tubing, which run $3 to $6 depending on where you buy them from. |

Location: Central Wisconsin | I use 3/8. Go on ebay to purchase. You can buy big rolls for around 5 dollars vs fleet where its a lot more. |

| Thanks again guys. I bought a small pack a couple weeks back from Lowes but didn't get the right size. I will also try the veg. oil trick too. I have some on order. |
