Location: Minneapolis, MN | Does anyone happen to know the waterproof ratings of the Frabill Storm Suit or the Cabelas Cabela's GORE-TEX Guidewear Xtreme items? I've contacted both companies and have yet to receive a response. My current rain gear is rated to 15,000 mm and I'd like to know how these items compare. If I'm going to invest the money I'd like to know what I'm getting is better. I'm looking at these items for spring and fall fishing so something to keep my dry and warm. Might go with the Cabela's insulated gear if I can justify the price, but at that cost I could buy a new reel... |

Yeah I saw Frabill was including it on the new stuff, was just wondering about the current lineup of the FXE Storm Suit and Rain Suit. I wonder if with the new line coming out it means the other items will be going away and thus one could get a killer deal on a storm suit. Course these aren't due out until January I think and I have a trip to Vermillion in Mid October that I was looking to pickup the gear for. |

FXE exceeds F4.
If that's true can you see any reason why the F4 would be so much more expensive then the FXE? |
