Posts: 264 | Does anyone have any tips on a simple inexpensive way to save digital video and photos while NOT having any access to a PC? I will be on a 10 day vacation in a remote fly-in jungle location with strict weight limits (33 pounds for everything) so bringing along a PC is not in the cards. This is a pretty much technology free location so no access to any public resources. I hope to shoot lots of fishing video and photos everyday, (7 days fishing) and am looking for a way to store it other than buying a bunch of 64 G SDHC memory cards and using one per day. I have searched for a device (generally seem to be called a photo bank) to do direct memory card save without a PC but with limited luck. Such devices seem to be no longer manufactured, get poor reviews, or very high dollars. Suggestions Anyone? Thank you, Talmooner

I picked up mine for 175.00, I am sure you can find cheaper ones used or even cheaper tablets. Card reader was like 10 bucks. http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-7-Inch-Wi-Fi/dp/B007P4VOWC...
