Anyone know of a company that makes a musky size Hot N Tot? I never used one and got to try one this week that was about 5" and was surprised at how much vibration it put off. Anyone know if you can get something bigger?

My goal is to make a 7"-8" version with a metal lip. Love the Ho N Tot lures!! Not sure when this project will get done for TI though.

My bet.....a super size Hot-N-Tot would be as big a hit as the #10 DCG.....and a giant size one (12" or so) would be the next big thing in trolling lures.

I can't imagine how hard a 12" Hot N Tot would pull! LOL that would be a monster.

My dream is having one of those giants and ramming reefs, rock piles and sand with
it. Now that would be an experience.

Hotntots were hot for musky for years. Caught many fish on those in the bass size models. As for the a larger model kicking out the same vibes... I doubt it will happen. Once you start making the bait larger, it will have bigger drag, and less tight vibes as the smaller cranks do!

You have 2 great small cranks that are kicking out big time vibes right now in the musky train diesels, and the 4"slammers. 2 Quality cranks we are lucky to have at our finger tips!!!:)

T-50 flatfish put out some big time swivel, but difficult to get any big time speed with them.

Have you guys considered looking for Hellbenders? Similar lure, larger, some with spinners on tail.

You might consider Bill Norman Deep Runner 3.
It is around 7" with metal bill (5 1/2" body).

Only ones I know of are already in the past postings.
The one below showing the small hot-n-tot running wildly 'gets my blood up' when I imagine it being about 14" long and having that searching motion....it would be one of the best trolling lures out there I bet.
You might have to use a 'fighting chair' though! LOL.

Not to derail the subject would be nice to have a hard plastic double or triple jointed swimbait that gets deeper. Most I have seen and used stay near the surface, need one that gets deeper.

a musky sized rattling thin fin would be nice too.

Great suggestions. I'd like to see all of them made.
I always hoped that Storm or a company like Drifter Tackle would take up the challenge and scale up the TOT design to make a Monster Tot; just imagine having that thing jumping around, skipping off of rocks and slamming into reefs....the blood boils!
Those other ideas are winners too.

I'd pay REALLY good money for that bait. Someone needs to get on that....
