I've been using Tuf-Line XP for a number of years now, I think 5. Before I went up to LOTW over the 4th of July I bought a spool of 80lb and put some on one of my primary rods. Long story short I bought a mislabled spool/box that was clearly not 80lb when compared with some of my other rods that had Tuf-Line on them. It looked like maybe 30lb. Figured it out after snapping off a couple times on casts.

After thinking about it and talking with a couple friends I contacted Tuf-Line and told them what happened. Yesterday a replacement spool arrived at my house. Considering I didn't have any evidence other than my account of what happened, I thought that was pretty generous of them.

Figured they deserved a positive review for standing behind their product/reputation, and for putting out a high quality product.
