| Looking for some advice on a musky fishing trip. Wanting to plan a chartered weekend trip for three adults. Skilled bass fishermen from central Indiana but 100% rookie when it comes to muskie. Wanting to get a economical complete package of fishing and lodging. Any suggestions or help with steering us in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated. |

| Not sure I can help with lodging. For a guide trip with a chance to catch some big fish check out Chad Cain (http://www.chadcain.com/index.shtml) or Brett Alexander (http://www.alexandersportfishing.com/index.html) Chad spends the summers in Minnesota, spring and fall near southern Illinois. Brett is out near Green Bay. Both excellent people with tons of musky fishing knowledge. Good luck! |

You can fish rite in your back yard. Kosiosko County in indiana, north central indiana is where I would go for an economical trip. you can make it there and back in one tank of gas I bet.
Chea is the man out there. He can hook you up with guiding and has rooms to stay in. Check out his site. you will learn a lot from him and if you liked it you would be learning a lake you can easily go back to.
good luck! |

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | Not sure on how much you are looking to spend. But the fly in package for Rowan lake and lodge is one I have heard is unmatched. Because of the fly-in it can get a little spendy. But my buddy just got back from there, and they did VERY VERY well. |
