Going to be fishing Lake Kentuck and was wondering if anyone fished this lake with much success. Any specifics would be great-spots, lures, colors, and depth.

Thanks in advance!

As said there will be a ton of people on Kentuck Lake this Fri-Sun for a tournament so if you are not in the tournament I would suggest not going there.

Water is very bloomy the last few years so visibility is poor.

Typical sucker/perch forage lake that is pretty easy to fish. Has both a suspended fishery as well as structure related stuff. While not as many weeds as it use to have (bloom has kept them down) it still has it's fair share. Fish can be caught anywhere out there. Colors and best baits can be all over the board. so you will have to figure out what is best at the specific time you are there.
