| Sound is a lot more critical than color. I don't know how to put it , buy rhythmic sound works better for me at night. Slow works for me as well. Creepers, hawg wablers, flaptails, all work for me. Just broke a long draught, three at night on a flaptail. (homemade)

Location: Hayward, WI | I agree. Black makes sense I guess, and seems to be what I default to at night. Sound brings them in though. I've done very well on black Pacemakers after dark, fished just fast enough to make the tail plop, plop, plop. |
