I've included a couple close ups of the creeper the welded tie and hook hanger are very similar to an older le lure i have but nothing like the more common ones and it shares none of the shapes of the few i have. Could be a painters signature on the bait but im not sure, the paint job looks older and is bubbling a bit but not letting loose , thanks for looking.

Mark Ihson is rather well known as a big time lure collector.
Has a lot of Frenchy (LeLure) stuff.
Didn't know he made creepers, but that's his signature.

Thank you longbomb, maybe he tried his hand in it? It is not shaped or completely built like a LeLure.
