I think you need to be a bait dealer and have the proper permits to transfer live fish across state lines. |

| I was told by WI DNR that if you buy it from a licensed bait dealer and you keep your reciept for proof you can transport across state line. |

| You might want to talk to your CO - You have to be a licensed bait dealer to transfer across state line. I was unsure .... our DNR says you cannot. |
