Do you guys buy sheets of Lexan and cut your own lips out? If so, where is a good place to buy it and how thick do you get? What is the best way to cut the lips out?

I buy small sheets of lexan at Lowes and cut my own lips out with a jigsaw or bandsaw. I think the lexan I buy is an 1/8" thick..cant remember off the top of my head.
