What brand of twister tails do you guys use for 'squirrely' baits? I made some smaller 5.5" crankbaits and tried adding a Kalin's brand tail to them. It completely took the action away from the crank. I like the size of the Kalin's tail, but am wondering if there are bigger tails that are thinner/lighter and wouldn't take the action away from the baits?

Kalin's will work, but try trimming the tail with a razor blade to enhance the action.
