Lots of faces new and old, and more tables than I've ever seen. I got there early and stayed late. Took home lots of stuff, but there's always the buy, sell, trade board. Met lots of new friends and put some faces to names. Was amazed at some of the talented new lure builders who were there, but never got a chance to walk around and see what was for sale, but there was no shortage of great stuff spread out on tables that filled the hall and spilled out into the hall. This was a great year to buy, but I think sellers outnumbered the buyers. I don't know about anyone else, but I had an awesome time and made new friends, what can be better than that?

Totally agree, Beaver. I had a blast. It was a pleasure meeting you last night, and being your "next door neighbor" at the swap. Can't wait to put those 2 Talonz Claws you soled me to good use this summer.

Totally agree with Beav's comments, had a great time. Much Thanks to Paul Klein and the rest of Operation Muskie volunteers and I hope we raise alot of money.

+1

Had a good time, many laughs, fun trading/selling baits and support our troops.

No shortage of great baits and very fair prices on them. Wish I had known about these swaps when I started musky fishing. Could fill a box with excellent baits at far below retail.

Awesome lures, but he said that he needs help getting pictures and posts into the basement bait makers forum if someone can help him out. I tried to explain, but when I talk computer lingo, I might as well be talking Polish.

Steve, I am giving the doctor a timeline and an ultimatum when I see him. I want to be in the garage in a week and ready to fish The Mississippi in three or so. I was so happy to have this pump put in, but they aren't keeping their promises. Yes it's much better when I'm not doing anything, but I still live my life 30 minutes at a time. But I will be up by you guys regardless how my back feels. Taylor's says she's coming along as soon as school is out.

I had a a good time at my first Milwaukee swap. Thanks to OpMuskie for organizing, the sponsors for donating to the raffle, everyone who participated. I got a nice deal on a jointed BigGame12 and found good homes for a few lures I'd been neglecting. I won a Fishoflauge shirt and split ring pliers and best of all, gave to a great cause. Hope to see everyone again next year.

Sorry I missed it this year. Was planning on coming down, but had to change plans last minute. Glad to see a good turnout and that it is continuing to be a destination for lots of great guys.

Any idea how much was raised for Operation Muskie?
