Pictures of 2/4 muskies from the last 3 muskie trips. You can't beat catching muskies the first week of January.

oh yeah!

states not noted for the very largest Musky, like IL, KY, PA, and my lousy home state, MD, get rewarded with year-round fishing opportunities (where legal). helps to maintain the cosmic balance.

Congrats on the fish. Wish I could make it down there . The markings on the fish in the second pic are sweet! Looks like you got more snow then us up north.

All on artificials! Pattern has changes 4x in 4 trips but that is the fun of musky fishing!

Matt, Looks like you and Travis haven't let the time of year slow you or the lake down. Great job!

Nice fat fish Matt. I was able to get out for the first time this year on January 12 when the temps were in the 60s before the big front rolled in. My father-in-law caught a 38". I moved 2 more fish (slow, lazy, deep follows). Then the rain came, and we got off the water.
