| Happy to announce that the new "Northwoods Chapter 61" of Muskies Inc. is now forming and accepting memberships. Geographicaly this chapter will cover from the Michigan/Wisconsin border south to Tomahawk and include western Vilas county west to Park Falls. Our board of directors is in place and we are on a membership drive. If you live in our area or spend a lot of time here and have an interest, please consider becoming a part of this new chapter. Our base of operations is Minocqua but with such a large coverage area we are looking to hold meetings in some of the other areas as well to make meetings accessible to as many members as possible. If you would like further information or a membership application please contact me and be assured we'd love to have you aboard. More announcements about the club will be forthcoming.

| Anyone remember the Lakeland Capter of MI? It formed in the late 80's and was based in Minocqua. |

| Thanks for your interest everyone. You can get membership information online at the MuskiesInc.org website or contact me and I'll get you an application in the mail. We are up and running with lots of organizational meetings going on right now. We are shooting for our first general membership meeting to take place in March. If you are joining Muskies Inc. online just be sure to request assignment to Chapter 61 (Northwoods Chapter). |

| Yes, We will be having the meetings at Norwood Pines Supper Club in Minocqua. It's about 2 miles west of Hwy 51 on 70 West. Since we take in a large geographic area we are looking at moving the meeting every other month to another area so it could be in Mercer, Tomahawk, Rhinelander, etc. on the months that are not in Minocqua. That is still in the planning stages and hoping to nail it down soon. We want to include as many people as possible so as we see growing demand from areas outside Minocqua we hope to reach out to fishermen there as well. |
