The wife just booked our summer vacation and we will be going to Daytona beach in August. Can anyone recommend and good charter, would prefer off shore but it does not have to be. Species does not really matter that much just want something that pulls hard.

lots of good shore spots just south near the ponce inlet, hr south you have mosquito lagoon and indian river lagoon for inshore, also the intercoastal waterway is money for alot of fun stuff. not alot out of daytona/new smyrna but look into the titusville area. you need to try- snook/reds/trout/sm. tarpon inshore- tripple tail, amberjack, red snapper, grouper off shore. jsut off the ponce inlet jetty you can catch everything from jacks to tarpon- good shark fishing too! use the ladyfish for bait for tarpon, and use the bluefish for bait for the sharks- i use to live out side of new smyrna- there is also some large group/party fishing boats out of daytona.
