Subject: Older lakemaster chips in HDS Gen2 units?

Guys will the following Lakmaster chips work in a Gen2 unit?
1) LKPM-MN Minnesota
2) ProMap Minnesota LPMNC09
3) ProMap Woods/Rainy Version 4

I have heard yes and no and also that the woods/rainy chip is missing the pins. Help!

You may want to go to the Boats and motor forum page 4. I posted some info-- title..HDS-7 gen2??....Seems some work- some do not..I have down loaded updates from Lowrance and still the same..
