im looking for a smaller outboard with a pump, id like something 15-30 hp merc/mariner mid 90's to 20xx?
if anyone has a leed or one for sale

Call the jet Dr. !Google it! Also checkout PA Craigslist! (Harrisburg, Pittsburgh...) We run a lot of jets on our PA rivers!
