A friend and I were discussing these baits and how we work them 180 from one another. How do YOU work a swim bait?

I fish mostly hard swimbaits made by 3:16 lure company. Floaters and slow sink baits toward the top of the water column working them slow, mixing in twitches, pauses, and walking/tail slapping.
