| Treat it like a spring cold front. Years ago (15), minocqa,4 days 70 degrees end Oct, no fish, walleye guys were getting them though. We were using suckers, first cold day, good action. Anyone agree ? |

| I agree. With this warm up, the first cold snap afterwards will be good.
If you are running suckers, run them deeper. If your weedline is 14-15 feet, get out away from the weeds by two cast lengths and throw some dogs. Treat the warm up like a cold front in spring. |

| Nothing like a warm spell in the fall to wreck fishing for a couple days. If it was me? I'd go out there and enjoy the fact that I'm able to fish and that it's not 35 and raining. Since there's a tournament, I'd say base your strategy on whatevever everyone else is doing. Whatever they are doing? Do something different.
There's almost always a few fish caught, and it's often the guys out there doing something that nobody else tried. |
