Posts: 624 Location: S.W. WI | Scott Kieper, Daryl Neibauer, Bruce Shumway, Been with em all and all exceptional fishermen and teachers. Scott Kieper is Die hard- obsessed muskie freak. Shumway (Bruce) is old school with many years of success and knowledge. Daryl Neibauer is a very good fisherman and will work his butt off for you. They all fish multiple lakes, depending what you want. (#'s or Hogs.) -Jon Rude Edited by Rudedog 9/10/2012 8:52 PM

Location: Eau Claire,WI | All that were listed above are great choices but one name is missing,IMHO the BEST on the water teacher,Dave Dorazio. I think either Dave or Ty would be my first choices for the Hayward area. Let us know who you went with and how the trip goes.

Posts: 78 | I have been with Scott Kieper and would definitely book him again if I was in the area. Probably one of the most hardcore guys I have ever fished with. You will definitely learn allot on a day with him and have some fun even if the fish don’t cooperate

Posts: 109 Location: Pewaukee, WI | A lot would depend on where your staying while up in Hayward. If your on the flowage, Ty or Dave Dorazio would be a good pick. If your in the Hayward area, both Bruce and Bill Schumway or Daryl Neibauers would be a good pick. They can take you to a smaller action lake and she should have some fun.

Posts: 194 | Nobody outfishes Kieper. Nobody. He's averaged over 200 captures per season for years with around50 over 45". Noone else has ever done what he does in Hayward.

Posts: 4343 Location: Smith Creek | He also puts in about 3500 hours per season. If I was gonna hire a guide in the Hayward area it would be Dorazio. You'll have fun AND learn something AND catch fish. Ty is good too. So is Pete Rich.
