Location: Pa. | Does size matter it does in Delaware , Delaware has no muskie program or size limit at all so the few that get caught come from Pa .
Most likley from Pa stocking and or excapes from Marsh Creek Lake that go over the spillway and end up in the Brandywine river. which is also stocked by local Mi Chapter 50 .
I guess since Delaware doesnt see many muskies they mistaken the fish for a Tiger when it is clearly a pure bred.

It doesn't look like they have a category for true strain muskies. |

| Whats more sad is the fish was not released. Im in north east pa. One of my local lakes is stocked with muskie and the lake is only 96 acres. From time to time i'll receive picture messages of someone who hooked a decent size muskie and the fish almost never makes it back to the water. Its a shame, imo. Funny thing is pa dcnr doesn't seem to know the difference between tiger and pure either. http://fishandboat.com/images/fisheries/afm/2001/afm6_01-11-08.htm
