Hey everyone. My wife and i are planning a 3 day trip on Big Sissabagama for Oct 26-28. We are very new to muskie fishing and just wondering where to begin for late fall fishing. What type of lure to throw, deep or shallow? Any advice would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance Jc.

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished
I have never fished that water before so info based on the water is hard. Generally speaking, larger lures and depending on water temp will depend on your speed.

do your best to read the water, try a number of different things and let the fish tell you what they want. If I were to target an area I would say stick to the inside edge in the morning and late evening. but try a little bit of everything. I know nothing of the lake or the structure so it is hard to make decisions based on a lack of knowledge.

Fish the deep breaks with 8 inch Jakes bulldawgs and suckers.
