Members got one in 2000-2003 in Membership packages. Great tool with inches and cm. They have a nice vinyl bump board too but that is only in cm.

If any old tape will do, buy one at Kmart or Walmart where they have the sewing supplies. It is the same thing that a tailor would use.

rollie and helen's sells neat little red ones that retract like a regular tape measure. use mine all the time.
