| Zach just installed our new software preparing for Slamr and Jason's busy chat schedule. The new version allows us to run a smooth, moderated chat, and is easier and more fun to use.
Not the least of the positives is the editing of the organized chats will be faster and easier, allowing us to post the completed chats to the archives on a timely basis![:sun:] [:bigsmile:]

| Steve- I have always been looking for the Jim Murphy chat since it was held I can't remember how long ago. Will we ever see it or will there be a new one?

| I will see if I can get that edited this next week. The main reason for the new software was the editing of the chats and moderating organized events. It takes HOURS to edit a chat for archiving with the old system, and this will be faster and easier.
Now we also can totally moderate a chat. That was not possible before. This should get a few of the higher profile folks out there interested in doing a chat, as ANY form of bashing or misbehaving by the chat room occupants will be totally impossible.
We own the room we operate, and bought the software for the system. The upgrade came to us not too long ago, just in time for the new chat season. Thanks, Zach!!
The options are the MuskieFIRST room, WalleyeFIRST room, and IcefishingFIRST room. Look for IcefishingFIRST soon, a place for Ice Anglers to talk fishing for any species caught through the hard water!! |
