I feared the same thing, and I will tell you this: the phone number for Jim Wilson of Hughes River Baits is on his website. Though Jim is not always the quickest to answer the phone or return calls, this is the way that things must be done. Tim, our guest, is a Pro-Staffer for Hughes River, and is a PMTT professional.....he is not the maker or distributor of the baits. Any issues with the company or Jim Wilson shall be directed to him, not to Tim.
This situation will go for all chats, be they with Pros or Industry Reps: go to the source of the problem, at a time where the company can deal with the situation one-on-one with the consumer. The guides, pros and reps are NOT paid for their appearances, and we must all respect that they are giving of their time for the benefit of the members, and any attacks on these folks, planned or spontaneous will NOT be tolerated. This is a promise both me and Jason Smith made to each and every guest who has offered to give up their time, and this will be carried through. Be it a rep from Hughes River Baits, Bucher Tackle or guide Ralph Florio, that behavior will NOT be tolderated.

MuskieFIRST installed new software for the chat room which allows us to totally moderate chats. I can promise all our guests there will be no problems in the chat room for them.
Honest questions deserve honest answers, so good information exchange will continue as it has, but slamming or bashing won't occur.[:bigsmile:] |

With the new software we could have the DC SNIPPERS on and get a fair moderated chat. LOL[:bigsmile:]
Honestly our chat room is running great this year, clean, comfortable and educational. The guest chats are at the right pace for no confusion. Its like being in a seminar room with a guest answering all the questions taking one persons question at a time.
