| Saw the ad the other day for Tyger Leader Material, a multi stranded leader mateial( 90 lb test has around 50 strands), that they state in the ad you can tie a 2 turn cinch knot with. Anyone try the stuff? Sound like it would be alot easier than twisting my 7 strand material? What's the field report on this product[8)] |

| I have use it for fly fishing for pike. I only tried a couple of small samples, so I don't have much to say about it. The knots do seem to hold fine and I was never bitten off.

| I like the looks of it from what I've seen. I'll just have to give it a whirl next year.

| I used the tyger leader this year. I was never able to tie a knot without having the line twist, so I crimped all my leaders. They work great. Caught my first 50" on a leader I made with a crimp. Dan |
