Posts: 424 | Good Jobs,Arkadiy !!! Instead the split ring to attack the willow blade, try to use a snap: it will be easier to change the blade... : ) : ) : ) esoxone

Posts: 469 Location: MN | Thanks Tim & Raffaele, It seems to me, ball bearing swivel with welded rings and split ring is better option then snap (more secure, weedless)

Posts: 469 Location: MN | 2 more with powder painted blades: 1. Black with green glitter head & candy green blades
2. Golden Orange with matching blades. This flavor of orange exceeds all my expectations. I hope you'll like it too
Comments, suggestions & critics are more then welcomed.

Posts: 469 Location: MN | Thank you Ken. I appreciate it. I’ve started to use powder paints more then 10 years ago, mostly painting jigs and spoons for salt. Simple, one color: pink, orange, green. Then I wanted something more sophisticated and of coerce my first attempts were total failures. Run search on internet and found tackleunderground. I’ve got tremendous amount of help from TU and even with all support it took about 3 years (in this case, I can’t say about myself that I’m quick learner ) of heavy practice (a lot of remelted lead) until I figured out more or less how to blend powders together and then another 3 to polish the skills. It's all about heat/temperature control and right amount of powders when you try to do multicolor powder paint. It’s hard to explain all nuances of the process. You just have to feel it and it comes with practice, practice and more practice. Edited by psv 6/19/2012 9:47 PM
