well after countless attempts at wrangling in one of these buggers, it finally happened a few nights ago. Hooked two fish prior to this on the same day, one looked to be over forty. I caught this guy at around 930 and i'm sure my screams could have been heard from miles around!!!

Congrats, it's quite a feeling. Now you have been bitten! Good bye to the girlfriend if you have one, my wife wished I never would have started, and she caught the first fish on our first outting. Keep it up its fun.

thanks netman! and thanks to everyone else as well! ive gained a wealth of knowledge from this site, as well as most of my lures lol!
