I’ve been working on some new topwaters and felt obliged to try a lace pattern. I think it looks cool, but I wonder if an average musky angler would go for an orange rose on the belly? I don’t think the fish would mind at all Attachments ---------------- Lace1.jpg (87KB - 154 downloads) Lace2.jpg (88KB - 151 downloads) Lace3.jpg (95KB - 157 downloads)

Lol “Fishnets” I love the double entendre of it. I already had a tough enough time buying lace at the Hobby Lobby store. If I’m going to get fishnets my lady is coming with me and they’re going to be used in other ways first.

Posts: 39 Location: NE Twin Cities Metro | With that contrast and color scheme, I think most musky guys would get in touch with their feminine side and throw it. If it catches the fishes eye and puts em in the net, i'd put a bra and panties on a lure! Love the look of that lure, very unique which is great on todays pressured waters

Ha ha thanks Travis, I’m secure enough in my masculinity to buy lace. Although, I did feel relieved when I saw a piece in the scrap bin that I could quickly grab and walk away with. I still had to face the cashier with lace, hackle feathers, and glitter in my hands though… She looked at me like I was a teenager buying a box of magnum condoms – that wtf look

Posts: 1207 Location: Pigeon Forge TN. | Mike, There is nothing feminine about it . That beauty will catch some fish and that is all that counts. Great looking job Mike, I really like it.

Here are the prototypes put together. All are functioning properly; some just need a little more fine tuning. I have some other variations of the creeper I want to figure out as well. A buddy is going to let me borrow his Go-Pro, so I hope to capture some video soon.
