I was wondering if it would be worth while or even possible to change the hook setup from a double to a single on this bait. For those who have experince with this style of bait have you had any close calls with almost hooking yourself or are the spreaders inneed of replacing enough to change from a double to a single with a bigger hook. Guilty of over thinking this still I'd like to hear about it.

Thanks,
David
