Subject: Are these Wiley Lures?

I recently acquired these lures, and I was wondering if the three large jointed ones are Wileys. These lures are unmarked, and I was under the impression that Wiley marked all of his lures so I don't want to assume they are Wileys. Obviously, the small one on top is a Wiley, but I wanted to include it anyway to illustrate its similarities to the larger ones. To me, the colors, hardware, and decal eyes seem to suggest Wiley, but I have been unable to confirm this. They also bear a resemblance to some Leo lures, but the length (7" counting the body only) does not match any of the Leos I saw, and these lures appear to be slimmer than Leo lures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, my research has indicated that the small lure is called a Wiley Scout and that it is kind of rare. Is that correct?

Those look like Leo Lures made by Todd Leopardi of Ellwood City, PA. Wileys are made with lexan lips. The paint jobs look similar to Wiley's, but it could be that they were painted by the same folks that paint Wileys. I believe Todd Leopardi and Daley Wiley are friends, but don't quote me on that.
