What are your favorite colors on the reef hawg? I have several gliders that are natural colors and am thinking of going with a brighter, louder reef hawg. Any suggestions?

fish on,

I have one favorite, but throw about 4 colors/sizes.

Favorite is the sucker color 8". Black with red and white. Great fall bait.

Spring I like my 6" green with yellow belly.

Depending on the lake and how I feel, I will throw the lime green or florescent orange.

I bought a black/gold holoform this year. I haven't thrown it yet! huh.

Colors should match the color of the water you are fishing most of the time. I have had success on gin clear water with loud colors where you would normally throw a natural match the hatch type pattern. My favorites are the gold walleye, sucker, white, and the green winney, chartreuse with black dots.

Good luck, Murph
