Was thinking about getting a tranx pg but want to know how hard it pulls dbl 10's compared to they toro winch. I know the winch pulls in 21" of line compared to 30" of the tranx but the gear ratios are the same at 4.6:1. I m just looking for if the tranx feels the same as the toro winch when reeling dbl 10's. I would think it would be close but the tranx would just bring in more line per turn and that is what I m looking to acheive. Ease of pull but alittle faster. Looking for input there must be someone who's used or tried both.

If you get the Tranx PG model (the one you are describing) it will pull the lures in with ease. It will be faster than the Winch as you noted with inches of line per handle turn. The downside is that it is larger and heavier, How that translates into fatigue is something you'll have to determine for yourself. The Winch is small, light, and comfortable and the price is considerably less but it will not bring the bucktails in nearly as fast.
