I use a 400B for my topwater, glide, jerk and twitch baits and was wondering what difference a powerhandle would make?

A truepower handle, one that has a longer handle/stroke, makes reeling considerably easier.

I'm not sure why you would want one as those lures require very little reeling effort.

Power handles for me on 400's are completely useless for most cranks, jerks, gliders etc..In fact I think it could even be a negative for me

Works fine for top water...necessary? absolutely not

It really comes into play on bucktails
