Anybody know what its called and ever use them? I have three somehow, think they used to be my brothers and was just curious. They say RAT-MAN lures on the lip

If you get a big metal tub and a short rod and pull those lures around the tub, people buy them.

Like it said Ratman Lures they had 3 or 4 styles including a rat with a rubber tail. Advertised a lot in Muskie Hunter

Ding, Ding, Ding....we have a winner. I can remember him wheeling that tub in and getting a hose for the water and he was always the last to leave because it took so long to drain out.
