| Hey guys, I have yet to have any action on a bulldawg. I dont throw them to often but when I do I dont even get a follow. So how do you fish a bulldawg? Is the term "You cant fish it wrong as long as it is in the water" really true? Also, what sizes and colors do you prefer? Thanks. |

Location: S.W. WI | No wrong way, but.... my favorite way-
Magnum Walleye Bulldawgs.
Fished parallel along a weed edge or drop off.
cast, wait a few seconds, rip-pause....-pull-pause...-jerk-pause.... GET ROCKED!!!

Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished | Personally, I am not a huge fan or using them in a jerk bait fashion. All of the people I fish with do.. I have tried and I still try, and that is how most people catch their fish with them. I have never had a strike or follow while doing it that way. I am more of the "swimmer" I guess. If I do anything different, reel...pause...reel...pause...speed reel...pause. I suppose I do make one big rip at the boat before going into the 8. But that is what I have found works best for me... Plus less stress on my shoulders. |

Location: Maryland | i work them like a glider so they are eratic, especially when it warms up. Now when its colder i like to slow roll them and give them a couple rips now and then. |

| In the summer I like to give em a very slight bend so that when I rip it it hooks left and then hovers, hook left and then hovers... works for me.
I fish them much slower and more passively in the fall.
I have come to love these baits:)
