I have bought them at rollies and also another store here in the chicago area. So he must at least make some on request.

trace them and cut um out from balsa. Really easy and cheap craft shops sell 4 foot by 7" amounts for about five bucks . Put about 3/8 oz of lead at the second hook loop and you got it .
