Hi Everyone,
Cave Run has still been spitting out some nice fish. With the water temperatures already in the middle 60's the fishing has been great. Both the casting and trolling bite has been great. If you are coming down or planning a trip the fish are in two areas it seems. The shallow water fish are starting to relate to the new green weeds which are right now only about 1ft high. There are also fish relating to the steep banks leading in and existing the bays. Even though these areas are not really shallow I think these are fish that are coming into spawn and leaving the bay after spawning. It has been a great spring and I think it will only get better.
Good Luck
