I make my own, Get some thin aluminum ( i use the handles from my epoxy brushes). Cut to size, drill hole, add BB, and seal with epoxy putty, sand ....done. depending on the size bait you can get a reall solid knock out of them.

9mm alum. casing with a 3/16 ball bearing.  Cut to length and JB bond together.
